  That Coming

Navigating the In-Between Moments of Acceptance, Surrender, and Resilience

Jamie Estelle Roth’s Bestseller is HERE!

“Jamie is an inspiration to us all. She is proof that—no matter what we are going through—the light truly does come from within.”

— Amy B. Scher, bestselling author

What happens when your existence as you know it is forever changed in ways you never could have imagined?

This is the question Jamie Estelle Roth had to ask herself when she woke up one spring morning and had lost sight in her left eye. What ensued was a life-altering few months as her eyesight continued to deteriorate, leading her to make radical changes to her life, relationships, and future plans.

With humor, vulnerability, and a vibrant inner voice, Jamie shares how she navigated the challenging path created by her unexpected (and very effed-up) circumstances. From Western medicine, medical doctors, and hospitals to Eastern medicine practices and metaphysical approaches, Jamie shares how each of these encounters have merged into a greater healing experience for her body and soul.

Whatever your current life circumstances, Jamie hopes her story helps you see that surrender and acceptance, along with humor and love, can be some of the most powerful healers.

"In my journey to adapt to my “dis-ability” I ended up enabling myself. In fact, I was becoming super-abled."

— Jamie Estelle Roth

★★★★★

“When Jamie, a mother of two, tragically lost her eyesight, she did what any of us would—and embarked on a journey to find the cure. But what came next is what makes her story extraordinary. As she set out to regain her vision, Jamie realized that finding the cure isn’t always what healing is about. Instead, she learned that sometimes, there’s more to be found than just what we’ve lost. Through her persistence, humor, resilience, and willingness to experience every moment, Jamie discovereds all the ways in which she was always whole, what moving forward really means, and how the courage to share your story isn’t always a choice to be made but a calling to accept. Jamie is an inspiration to us all. She is proof that—no matter what we are going through—the light truly does come from within.”
